Blomberg washer problems we fix

• Not draining or draining slowly: drain pump filter, drain pump, hoses
• Not filling: inlet strainers, inlet valves, pressure sensor
• Leaking from the bottom: hoses, filter cap, door gasket, internal hoses
• Loud noise or vibration on spin: levelling, objects in the pump, bearings, shock absorbers
• Door won’t lock or unlock
• Won’t start or stops mid-cycle: door lock, control board, supply problems
• Bad odour: door gasket, detergent drawer and drain

Before you call

• Check that both water taps are fully open and the inlet hose isn’t kinked.
• Clean the drain pump filter behind the small cover at the bottom front. Unplug the washer first and let the water cool: Blomberg warns it can be up to 70°C.
• Make sure the drain hose isn’t kinked and is at the right height.
