Blomberg dryer won’t turn on? It’s often the control board

The most common Blomberg dryer failure we see is a dead dryer: no lights, no display, buttons not responding, or a dryer that shuts off by itself. On both heat pump dryers (DHP24400W, DHP24412W, DHP24404W) and vented dryers (DV17600W), the cause is very often the main control board. The rest of the dryer is usually fine, so the repair costs far less than a new compact dryer.
